Physical Therapy

Have you ever wondered what happens to your organs as your child grows inside of you? Do your organs go back to the place they were originally? What about the effects delivery has on your body? This is where pelvic floor physical therapy, Visceral Mobilization and Craniosacral therapy come into play!

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy primarily focuses on the pelvic floor (aka kegel muscles) and is excellent for addressing issues surrounding bladder control, prolapse, and pelvic pain.

Visceral Mobilization is a hands-on technique that focuses on the organs and connective tissue of the body. This type of therapy is excellent after surgery including C-section, abdominal surgery and pelvic surgery. It is also wonderful for constipation, diastasis recti and chronic pain.

Craniosacral therapy is a very gentle hands-on therapy that primarily focuses on the nervous system. Using subtle pressure, we can create changes in the system as a whole, facilitating more peaceful healing within the body and calming the nervous system. Craniosacral therapy is excellent for chronic pain, TMJ dysfunction, and pelvic pain and stress.
